Cortiq AI (“Cortiq”, “we”) operates cortiq.si. We're based in Pakistan. For anything about this policy, write to info@cortiqai.online.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. The site is a set of static pages: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data — such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.
When you contact us
The contact form on this site doesn't send anything by itself: it opens an e-mail in your own mail app, which you then send. When you e-mail us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you write — usually your name, e-mail address or phone number, and your message.
We use it only to reply, to prepare a proposal you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Our products and client work
Cortiq Tasks (tasks.cortiq.si) and the services we deliver to clients process data under their own terms and agreements. This policy covers the cortiq.si website and general enquiries only.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for the conversation or the work that follows, and for any period the law requires (for example, for invoices). After that we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it, unless we must keep it by law,
- stop contacting you.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with modern security headers. Messages you send us are kept in business e-mail and messaging accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we add analytics, a newsletter or online payments, we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
